|
|
I almost made a HUGE mistake the other day... my max bid was 28k for a car but I accidentally put an extra 8, so it was 288,888 but I only had 28,888 to spend.
Without the comma it was very difficult for me to see the mistake, and luckily I caught it. I noticed only because the bid went higher than 28k, but my line didn't turn yellow.
Would it be possible to add the comma, and for that matter make the price font just a tad bit bigger?
Thank you!

scheiny, you can always make the font bigger in the browser itself. The user interface could probably be made more customizable, but I am reluctant to do any major changes, as users are used to it as it is. |

How about just adding a comma to indicate the thousands?
It currently looks like this: 12888.00
and should look like this: 12,888.00 |

Comma works for the US, but not for Europe (different currency formatting), and in most cases I do not know where the user is located. |

I think they the asking for the Gixen display to be altered, to make it easier to read, rather than altering what can be entered or what is sent to Ebay. _________________ Mark |
