New USer - SSL error

Just downloaded desktop app.
When I try to login in using credentials, I receive error message "could not load SSL library".
Unable to use service even though I paid mirror fee.
States continuously "connecting to gixen".

The SSL Dlls that came included in the zip file that contains GixenDesktopManager.exe are probably not in the working directory of GixenDesktopManager.exe. This can happen if you created a shortcut that changed the working directory. Make sure you unzip all the files into the same directory, and launch GixenDesktopManager.exe from there.

Make sure that you extract all the files from the compressed file and then run the executable from the directory that you have extracted to.

The message indicates that the program is not finding the libssl32.dll file on your computer.
