Cannot log in

I cannot log in, whereas I am entering the same password as I am using for eBay. Cannot also enter any eBay id number in the space Item ID warning

There does not seem to be a problem at the moment.

Are you trying to log in here on the web interface or are you using the Gixen Desktop Manager?

If the problem persists for you it is probably best to email Mario (the details are on the Contact tab above) because you can't give too many details here on the public forum, for security reasons.
