How do i get the snipe to bid at 2second mark?

Pretty simple question , but i cant find an answer in settings.
how do i get the snipe to work at the 2 second mark instead of the 5 second mark?

3 seconds is the lowest offset that users in general can choose. It can be selected as an offset for each server individually when you set up each snipe, you can also set defaults on your 'Settings' page.

Personally, as I always say, I regard an offset lower than 8 seconds as a disadvantage to winning auctions but options for lower offsets are provided for those that wish to avail themselves of that disadvantage
