can not post new bids anymore

Hello,

I can not add new bids in my account.
If I try to add a new bid, the following message appears:
"Could not add this item".

Thanks in advance for your suggestions how to solve the problem.

Please can you provide examples of auctions (the item numbers) that you are not able to add... I am not having any problem.

I just added this item with no issues. What error message are you getting? How do you enter the price? Note that the price should be entered as 12.34 with no currency symbol.

Yes, I can add that one via the web interface with no issues, either.

Are you using the web interface or the Gixen Desktop Manager to add your snipes?

The error message in the above indicated example is: "Could not add this item (280915065236)(1)."

I am using the gixen platform already since several years and had no problems so far.

I guess I am using the gixen desktop messager for my snipes.

Since a few days I can not post any snipe anymore. I tried a few. The error message is always the same, only the item number is varying according to my snipe.

I am having the same problem. Just not excepting any snipes

Same problem here! I was able to use it early this morning, but now I'm getting the same "Could not add this item" error that everybody else is getting.

All the examples given on this thread I can add without any problems.

I have my target set to be the United Kingdom... do those having problems have this set to something different?

We need more examples of problem auctions... is this problem intermittent or if you try the same auction many times does it sometimes add them?

I'm having the same problem, sending to Chicago server for US. I've tried different item numbers, too. I am not using Desktop and do not have it installed; it's the online service I'm using.
