suggestion: move new-snipe fields to top of page

A small think, but it would really help me to use Gixen more easily if the fields for item number, bid amount, etc were above the table of pending snipes, not below as they are now. This way I when I have several items to enter I would not need to scroll down after each one (sometimes my snipe list gets pretty long!). Thanks for adding the 'import watch list' feature!

This can already be set, but I believe only by mirror subscribers. There is a setting for this on the Gixen settings page.
