Hi,

I'm an Ebay bidder of Belgium and have subscribed for Gixen mirror. I wanted to buy a memorial card - was only sent to Belgium -but got the following message:
EBAY ERROR: SELLER NOT ACCEPTING BID
What happened?

It is not possible to investigate the specific instance unless you tell us the auction number. Do you still have it?

There are many reasons why the seller may have blocked your bid... Have you dealt with this seller before?.. Did you contact them about this auction or another that you were interested in?

Hello,

Thanks for the help. The item number is 260892596506. The only thing I could figure for it as an answer is that it states that the item will only be sent to Belgium. Maybe Gixen logins trough the site Ebay.com (American). So that may conflict maybe.

I doubt that is the problem with this one unless your eBay id was originally registered with an address that was not in Belgium.

Mario will need to look at the logs to see if there is any more information that eBay provided when the bid was attempted.

Sometimes there are no indications as to why the bid was blocked, then all you can do is ask the seller what restrictions they have in place that may prevent you placing bids.
