| The auction number is 160680843737. I bid $40 over the winning bid. I utilize the mirror and have the offset at 12 seconds. My bid was placed hours before the auction end. This has happened to me before. Am I doing something wrong? |

The status is "EBAY ERROR: SELLER NOT ACCEPTING BID". The only additional explanation offered by ebay is the following:
"Unfortunately, the seller cannot accept your bid on this item. This can happen for a couple of reasons. For example, the seller may be limiting how many items you can buy from him or her in a specific time period." |

He says he only ships to the United States, so we know he has some restrictions in place. Could eBay have a registration for you that is NOT the USA?
Email the seller and find out what's his trip. Maybe they do not know they have some kind of restriction on. Maybe they checked the wrong box. If it is on your end, you need to get that cleared, or it will mess with your play on some other items. Tell them they lost out on $40.00. |

eBay exclude shipping locations
Domestic
International
Post office box
eBay buyer-requirements
Buyers without a PayPal account
Buyers with unpaid item strikes
Block buyers whose primary address is in a location I don't ship to.
Buyers with policy violation reports
Buyers with a negative feedback score
Buyers who bid on several of my items and not paid for them |
