I am trying to log in for the first time and I am unable to. I have checked 3 times that I am using the exact same username and password as on my ebay account (I have no problems there). The only possible problem I can see is that on ebay my username does not have the first letter capitalised but on gixen the username first letter automatically capitalises. What is going on? |

laura1305,
I think for this problem it is best if you email Mario rather than try to deal with it in the public forum, his contact details are on the 'Contact' tab.
This is not an effort to hide your problem, it is because Mario may require you to tell him additional details about the credentials of your account which it would be unsafe for you to post here.
When you contact him do not include any information about the password of your account, that is not safe either, he will provide and/or explain a safe method if that is required, it is safe to tell him your eBay id though.
As a slight aside though, why do you think the first letter of your eBay id is getting capitalised?... Mine isn't and Gixen does not cause any issues in this respect for me. _________________ Mark |

The eBay user id case insensitive, so it's not an issue at all. |
