|
|
Hi,
After placing a few bids from Gixen for the 1st time I see an empty table: no planned auction recorded.
I'm nearly sure the auctions at Ebay are not finished, so why would my account be empty ? If they were done could I find them in a log section, with the history showing the results ?
Best regards. |

Edit: I confirm those auctions are not over, and when I try and add them again in my Gixen account, the page refreshes but nothing's taken into account. No error message, no obivous bug I can report.
I'm under Win7 64bits and Chrome, latest version. Will try with other combinations.
Edit: ok , same behaviour under latest Firefox.
Item # is 230654007435 for example. |

Are these your eBay identities that you are using here i.e. pmoby and SB?
I am able to add the example given but I have my target eBay set to be the United Kingdom, what are yours set to?
This kind of operation usually follows from changing your eBay identity or password, can you please confirm that you have not changed either of these?
Finally can you very carefully log in from scratch again, typing in both your id and your password in full... this is to check that your credentials are being picked up and processed correctly, and that Gixen is not allowing you to enter the site with invalid credentials. _________________ Mark |

Yes this is my login there too, but I'm using EBay France. When I first tried Gixen I could see all bids listed perfectly, I saved them under one same group as I'd like to only buy 1 item among those. My credentials were not changed in months, and not since I tried Gixen. Gixen confirms I'm logged in, displays the 5-sec refresh page, but then emty list. |

Are you using the French variant?
If so can you try the English version and report back if that acts differently? _________________ Mark |

I found the problem - it was of my own doing. My apologies, can you please try to login now and confirm the issue is gone?
Only users of French and German Gixen sites were affected by this. |

I can see all Scheduled bids again now, thanks. I was using the English site with nothing set to France I think, no sure what "variant" meant?
Regards. |

By 'variant' I meant what you get after pushing one of the: Deutsch, Espanol or Francais links near the top of the front page. _________________ Mark |
