Should you still be able to see your bid on Ebay if it is not the winning bid and Gixen displays BID UNDER ASKING PRICE?
All Ebay says is "Bidding has ended on this item."
In the Bid History I can't see where my bid was placed.
I'm wondering because I set both servers to bid at 3 seconds and maybe they were both late. Or maybe it wasn't placed because I was already out bid at bid time?

No you should not, if the bid is too low at the time Gixen comes to place it eBay will not accept it, so it is not possible for it to be placed. That is what this status means.

The Purge Completed button removes all the snipes for auctions that have now finished on eBay.
