Love Gixen.
Especially for group bids, it would be nice if Gixen would retrieve the final price for items not won. As present, when it finds bid under asking price it doesn't check back for the final price, so I don't know what items are actually going for (and whether I should increase my snipe bid values) unless I click through.
Pardon if this is a frequent request, but I didn't see it on a quick search. |

I think Gixen is supposed to find the final price for all auctions where the snipe is not cancelled... but sometimes that final look up fails... can you give examples where the final price was not retrieved? _________________ Mark |

Sure. When I logged in this morning, I saw the wrong final price on 2 of 5 items, whose price was set by bids in the last seconds:

Group: 3 ENDED 15.76 18.53 USD BID UNDER ASKING PRICE

OK, fair point we will need Mario to see this before he can look into it... If it doesn't happen for a while I suggest posting in the Support Forum as I think this is what this has turned into, Mario monitors that more closely. _________________ Mark |

Thanks for your feedback.
It really is a suggestion, because it may take some work -- it would have to parse the auction ended page, and not just the bid page. |

Jack,
I think it tries to do that already, it just fails sometimes. _________________ Mark |
