it's showing the following error:

Warning: pg_connect() [function.pg-connect]: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: FATAL: too many connections for role "web" in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/database.php on line 15

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/database.php:15) in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/home_main_1.php on line 373

hopefully it won't effect my bids!!
