How does grouping work?
If I want to bid on 7 doors from same seller that are individually listed should I group them?

Normal Grouping is used when you only want to win one of the items... Once you win an item in a Group the rest of the snipes are cancelled.

So the answer to your question depends on whether you wish to win more than one of these.
