Sadly I missed my Gixen snipe yesterday for the first time ever in several years!
However, I'm not too disappointed and have had tremendous service from Gixen with never a hiccup - thank you.
The item was 120672725693 and the Gixen message was Listing ended early or late snipe - I guess it was a late snipe.
I noticed a long delay and slow progress in logging in and entering details etc yesterday, is there a problem for UK users and are future snipes likely to be late?
The problems started when I dropped one of the servers hosted by an ISP which regularly required "maintenance" down time. Sunday was particularly bad, as this is the busiest day, and quite a few snipes failed yesterday.
My apologies for that - I am working on getting this resolved. A new server should be ready in a few days. Until then I don't expect this problem to happen again, as mid-week is not nearly as busy.
