I placed a snipe on 260706387014 and got the message ENDED (AUCTION END TIME CHANGED), what does that mean?

It means that the seller ended auction early, possibly because he was unhappy with the price achieved so far.

The original end time was Wed Dec 15 19:16:47 2010 PST.

Auction ended at Wed Dec 15 17:29:01 2010 PST, or around two hours early.
