Your session should not expire, unless if you login from another window again. Can you explain what you do exactly? |

Hello Mario,
I just open a new window so I can paste the auction number and snipe and leave it open while I look on eBay for something I would like to snipe after a a little while I get the message 'Session expired. Please sign in again.' I haven't signed again as I use the open window, after a few minutes I get the the message above. I find it a pain to keep sign in.
Thanks
I'm using latest internet explorer. |

Are you saying that you try to have two windows open with Gixen? If so, I can see why you would have a problem. If you have only a single window with Gixen, this should not happen, your session should not expire. |

What action do you do when your session expires? Add a new item, refresh, something else? Please give me the exact sequence of events. |

This is the sequence
1. Login (Window 1)
2. Find Item to Snipe (Window 2)
3. Add Snipe (Window 1)
Message after Add Snipe : 'Session expired. Please sign in again.' |

OK, here is the catch - sessions are set to expire two hours after you log in. You probably like keeping your session open for longer than that? |

Is that for each login or for a period of inactivity? |

OK, it's changed to 2 hours of inactivity (instead of last login) now. Please let me know if you notice any bug / problem. |
