Just wanted to say thanks for providing this excellent service. I always used to snipe manually but it's difficult from 30,000 feet so I gave Gixen a try. I didn't win as the auction went over the max I was willing to pay but at least I had a chance I would not otherwise have had. I later won another auction using Gixen and it really does "do what it says on the tin".

The way you use eBay id / password and the simple user interface are also excellent too. Keep up the great work.
