I was wondering why it says highest bud on Gixen page when I sign in says example 10.50 is the highest bid then when I look at the item the bid is really higher like 19.00 and Gixen does not tell you normally it will turn a color and let you know you have a higher bidder on a item, what is up with that ?.

Gixen does not update prices in real-time - it can be several hours behind. This, however does not have any effect on sniping. If you want real-time price updates use Gixen Desktop Manager.
