Purge Completed button rename suggestion

Hi there,
I just love Gixen and use it often. I usually leave Gixen open on a separate window as I surf. I use the wonderful ebay snipe button script to add a new snipe.

It occurred to me the other day to use the Purge Completed as a screen refresher as then the recently added items show on my already open window.

A little tweak that might be useful is to rename the button REFRESH as if functions not just as Purge Completed, but also as a refresh adding any new things without using the "View my account" beneath the add snipe pane.
