Is it indicating that you have these blocks on the Settings page and have you activated any yet ?

I have the same problem, but I really only have one gixen account.
I bought the blocks of 15 days, for $6.

The first thing I would recommend is checking if you have registered more than one Gixen account

If so you can perhaps transfer the active subscription to the account that you are actually using.
Also in the confirmation of payment there should be a reference to the Gixen id for which the payment relates. If you can find this does it match the account that you are logging in to ?

I bought the $6 service for the entire year a few days ago, but it's showing that I haven't. I have been billed already, and have transaction details of the payment going through. I have also received an automated email from Gixen "Thank you for your payment"
Gixen Mirror Subscription Status:
You have not yet subscribed to or activated Gixen Mirror.
I am unable to lock in snipes, due to be using all my "free" snipes. Does anyone know what I need to do to get my service working?
"You have reached the limit of 4 free snipes (won + scheduled) within the last month. Please subscribe to Gixen mirror on the settings page before adding more snipes."
