No more time is required in terms of offsets for sites other than the American one.
If I recall correctly all Ebay servers are actually located in North America anyway... even the ones that service the satellite sites.

Everything went as smooth as expected. I got all the books except the ones where I was outbidded, obviously.
I've used eBay for the last 13 years, and tried diferent sniping services with not much luck. I can testify that Gixen is
the best
of them all, by far and large.
Thank you so much and best regards.

Thanks for your answers.
So, is the offset time irrelevant when using a different eBay site than the NA one? I assumed I'd need a few seconds more to cross the pond since the mirrors were conecting to the European site. I see I was wrong.

There is no difference compared to North American users. Country site matters only for insurance reasons, so you should probably choose Germany.
As for 1 minute apart - if the items are at least 60 seconds apart, that's OK in most cases.

Post subject: Configuration tips for a European user?
Hi everyone,
How well does Gixen works for European users? Have any tips on mirror configuration and offset times? Is better to choose the German site instead of the NA one?
I plan to bid in a huge collection of books in a couple days. Downside is that the seller choosed to list them all separately, and there are more than 60 books, each auction finishing around 1 minute from the last. What are the chances of raising a red flag and having eBay locking my account after a few bids?
Thank you all for your time.
