Yes,
Mario also mentioned this, and explained the reason why it is an issue, here:

I found the problem.
I've had the "HTTPS Everywhere" extension turned on in Chrome for quite a while. This never seemed to be an issue with Gixen until that last couple of weeks. When I turn off the extension, the page loads fine.

I am using Chrome version 48.0.2564.116 m. I am in the US and my ISP is Comcast. At first, I thought it was an isolated issue, but then, I experienced the same issue at work.
The source code I get under chrome is...
Code:
<html>
<head>
<META http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://wwxw.gixen.com/index.php"> <-modified to get past filter
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
Strangely, enough, I just tried IE, and it works fine.

I don't have an issue accessing the site by typing
www.gixen.com
in the address bar of my browser (Firefox) here in the United Kingdom.
Which browser do you use and what is your location and internet service provider?

Post subject: Gixen.com still not loading
It's been over a week that Gixen.com has failed to load. It seems to keep on auto-refreshing indefinitely. I finally figured out that I can come to gixen.com/forum, and log in from here, but I imagine that many people still cannot access the site.
