Look for 'Transfer your mirror subscription to another ebay username' on the page you get after pushing the 'Settings' button. You will need access to the email account associated with your Gixen/Paypal account. <br /> <br />I now recommend that people leave at least a day between changing any Ebay credentials and logging into Gixen to set up any more snipes. This is because it is now common for Ebay to take action against accounts that exhibit this behaviour and block them from placing bids, by requiring further verification when logging in from locations other than their home. As far as Ebay are concerned changing account details then trying to log in from a different location (which is what you do when you try to log into Gixen via its' server) looks like the sort of thing that happens when an Ebay account is compromised. The action they take is designed to protect you and them from such activity. Unfortunately, as a consequence, it also makes sniping not work. Usually the action they take is temporary and the measures are relaxed after a day or so... If that is not the case, for you, you may need to contact Mario via email at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above, always include your Ebay id, but never your password in that communication.
