That is the status you get when your bid is rejected by Ebay for not being at least on bid increment above the current auction price.

It is the main reason why I have a default offset of more than the default 6 seconds... so that my high bid has a better chance of actually being accepted by Ebay.

Post subject: \"BID UNDER ASKING PRICE\"
All my snipes this week end up with a "BID UNDER ASKING PRICE" message. Since my max bid was very close to the winning bids I am not sure if my max bid was not meeting sellers limit. Is there some way I can check the history of my bids?
