It is unlikely to be a special character issue, the vast majority of thise were dealt with many years ago now.
For this issue Mario usually requests that you contact him via email at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.
He can then often give the specific advice that relates to the issue for your account, that can differ between accounts even when the symptoms demonstrated here on Gixen appear to be the same.
So, please include your Ebay id in any emails.

I'm having the same issue. Maybe special characters aren't going through? I have a "!" in my password somewhere.

Post subject: No longer able to log in
I am no longer able to log in to Gixen. Says ebay refused password, although I can still get into eBay and make bids and have not changed my password. Called eBay and they were very little help, said to resolve it with Gixen. I was able to cut and paste individual items into my Gixen list just two days ago, although not to load my watch list for a while. Now I can't even check the items to see if I left any bids on them, or even see what the items are. I have used Gixen with great success for several years. If was mostly simple enough for me. I can make no sense of your contact information. Unless I can get this resolved quickly with very simple language and no techie terms I will have to find another service and hope for the best.
