David,
I order for specific problems to be investigated would it be possible for you to provide the auction numbers of at least some of the snipes that failed?

Post subject: PROBLEMS
Over the past few weeks, several bids completely failed, I received all kind of different explanatory messages.
In one message it was indicated that I have to change the cookies setting on my computer (although nothing has been modified in years)
In another message it was indicated that the bidding amount was "Under the asking price" - which was complete nonsense as my bid was much higher than the final auction price.
Thus, I truly lost confidence in Gixen and am looking for an alternative sniper - which I have not yet found ;-) . However this morning, I won an auction thanks to a Gixen snipe and thus my question:
Did Gixen experience some serious problems recently and now things are "back to normal" - or are there yet as many troubles as in the last few weeks?
Thanks a lot for your attention,
David
