Ebay will not accept a bid above the BIN, it is impossible for Gixen to place such a bid, as per your instructions.
I suggest that if you are prepared to pay the BIN price you just buy it and not bother bidding/sniping.
Otherwise your alternative is to place a manual bid to remove the BIN before setting up a snipe. You risk paying more but you may pay less.

Post subject: bid too much??
item# 251919930824
I just lost an auction and you'll never guess why!
I bid too much; my bid was too high.
No one but me bid, but I lost because I bid more than the Buy It Now price.
Normally, after the first bid, the buy it now option disappears. Since I was
the only one to bid, the option was still available.
I would never have thought you could make a bid too high and lose.
Bizarre.
