You need to do as Mario suggests and contact him via email at the address given on the Contact tab above.
He is not going to give you the instructions as to how to resolve this on this forum, because they involve the use of limited Gixen resources, they are only given out on a 'need to know' basis.

5 min to go, it got scheduled, which seems to happen whenever Mario works on it. :P However, please note, I am not in position to "replicate [any] solutions". :roll:
I have no options in gix when gix says "item could not be scheduled (1, 1)".
I don't see any captchas, just as I never see any when I look at the item, or bid on it, from my own pc. Last night when gix rejected I went right back to the item window and entered a bid, no captchas, no problem. Only time I get captchas on ebay is sending message to another member about an item.
If gix passed thru the captcha to me, that would be diff; but I am not suggesting that as solution.
The message I referred to from gix, besides the rejection " above was the gix statement "please note since may 21, ebay ... we are working on a solution." iow, 6 months ago. I thought it was solved, and I think Mario did too.

The solution is still the same as the captcha problem. I just replicated the problem using my own account, and resolved it. This user can do the same, so please email me.

From the post title I get the feeling this may be an issue trying to schedule snipes on items in the 'Mature Audiences Category'.

What was the error message you got? Please email me if you have problem with captchas, there is a way to solve it.

This has gone on for
months
. I just renewed my gix subscr. cos it seemed to be solved. Various error messages by gix over months. Now latest one = 'We are working on it'. iow,
back to square one

If they insist on captchas, you are shut out, No?
But why do they do it? ? ? :twisted:
I am tired of writing abt this.
