I just found a previous post and fixed the problem....
I was just opening the EXE file instead of extracting all the files first, and then opening the EXE file...
Have a great evening...

Post subject: Desktop Error
After I enter my eBay username and password, I receive the following error message:
"Could not load SSL library."
I have an active snipe, my first one so I just want to make sure I'm doing things correctly...
Have a great evening...
Mark
