It would be somewhat complicated to explain here what exactly happened, but it's a combination of eBay UI changes and non-standard mobile device browser that you used.
Now when I found and understood what happened, a fix for this is already in place. This will not happen again.

Post subject: Biding buggaboos
Hi Mario! I use an LG phone, yet never experienced this before. I love the mirror service.
Is this what they call an artifact of my Opera Mini browser? Or do you think it's unlikely to recur?
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I'm afraid I also posted under another oof the boards here. Oops. I'll try not to do that again. I kind of lost my bearings when my screen here ran into that DEBUG MODE. Whatever I did to trigger that thing, I'm not sure.
Thanks again. So, you think my issue shouldn't happen again? That's great news!

goodlittlekitty,
My apology, this was indeed Gixen's bug that happened after recent eBay UI changes, and only for auctions in which snipe was scheduled from a mobile device that was not recognized by Gixen as such. This made the problem quite rare, and not very visible.
This is fixed now, this should not happen again.
If you don't mind me asking, what mobile device is this that you use?

Post subject: Follow on regarding AUCTION END TIME CHANGED
ebay item number 251636229572
There it is. The other ebay auction number I went to get. That was the first time it happened to me, the failure to even get my Gixen licks in, lol!
Okay. So any suggestions? What happened? The ebay community discussion board members were all very kind to assure me that these auction times did not, in fact, change (as my Gixen login page screen stated).
 any ideas what really happened?
I keep losing auctions, why snipe? I like to snipe! Please free associate as you wish, just give me something to go with here....
Thanks.

Post subject: Twice I've seen \"ENDED (AUCTION END TIME CHANGED)\&q
hello! Anybody home?
I have had my Gixen bids go unplaced - or rejected/failed/whatever due to the following reason stated on my login page here:
"END AUCTION END TIE CHANGED"
(the most recent event of this nature occurred on ebay auction item # 121430553947)
It happened earlier this week as well, I queried the ebay commmunity boards about it there, but the consensus was that my Gixen login was somehow, and for whatever reasons unknown, BOOTED OUT, repulsed, denied entry.
Two times in one week has me wondering what I can do to fix this. Everyone says to leave here and try another service. Rats. I like it here. I use the Mirror service.
Ebay's screens showed that neither of the two auctions Gixen reported as changing their end time did so. A puzzle.
Any help?
Thank you. I can go fetch that other auction number from my community post and bring it back here for benefit of comparison, to document both events, I guess.
I don't really grasp these finer points of analyses.
Back in a few!
