It is now common for Ebay to put Captcha screen blocks in place when you try to log in from a new location... especially when you have recently changed your password... Gixen servers try to do exactly that when you try to log in to Gixen.
Usually, Ebay only impose the restriction for a short time after you have changed your password... So the advice here has always been not to try to log in to Gixen for at least 24 hours, then usually you find that the restriction has been lifted.
If that is not the case, after you have given it sufficient time, then my suggestion would be to email Mario at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above... include your Ebay id (but not your password) and a description of the problem .. and he may then be able to send you some instructions that enable you to get the block lifted by Ebay.

Post subject: Can not login despite password changes
First, thanks for a great service, been using Gixen+mirror happily for years!
Today I was about to set a snipe, but gixen would unfortunately did not let me login, but gave me the "password incorrect or too short so ebay re-directed to captcha page" -error.
I figured ebay might have changed something, so I changed my password to something more complicated, but the error presisted. Not wanting to give up, I changed it again, to an alphanumeric+special characters 12+ character long passphrase, but even with this I unfortunately could not login to gixen. No problems logging in or out of ebay itself.
