I don't see 221512068021 ever being entered into Gixen. This is the first time I hear about something like this - no other user reported Gixen being late due to something like this.

Have you raised the issue of what you saw direct with Ebay themselves?
If so, what was their response?

Post subject: I witnessed the eBay system clock running one minute fast!
eBay lot #: 221512068021. I had a snipe order (with an alternative provider) on this lot. I happened to be watching eBay during the closing moments and I noticed that eBay's system clock was running one minute fast. I quickly manually entered my bid during the final seconds... and won the lot. I would have lost out if I had depended on my snipe order. I'm now questioning Gixen.com on this lot #221512068021... Can you look to see if you had any snipe orders on this lot that were for a higher final price than the final/winning price of $127.50? Also... I had a lot on eBay as a seller that closed a few hours after this one... lot #141363353478... Can you look to see if you had any snipes registered on your system for a price higher than the lots final closing price of $361? If so, then eBay's system clock was most likely running one minute fast at the time of this lots closing also... thus preventing all snipes (from all services) from participating in my lot. Thank you for your help here. Bill B.
