Hey Mario,
Many thanks for the info, I missed that update, apparently for a few months, but then without any problems there was no need to update from gm until now.
I have installed the new script and am delighted to say it works perfectly.
I have been a mirror subscriber for 7 years now and can't begin to calculate the amount of time and effort you have saved me.
Very much appreciate your excellent program and consistently prompt and helpful customer service. Kudos to Keith too for the script.
Kind Regards,
Andy

Greasemonkey Gixen plugin is no longer supported nor functional.
Please download the new add-on:
http://www.gixen.com/autosnipe/gixen_ebay_auction_sniper.xpi
Greasemonkey is no longer used and it's not required, this addon is Firefox native.

Just a quick update,
I reset my profile folder in firefox to what it was before I reinstalled windows.
The first time I used firefox all worked perfectly and gixen button appeared.
After restarting firefox the button disappeared.
I repeated this on several occasions with the same results before noticing that the layout of the ebay pages was slightly different in the instances of gixen working and not.
I dont understand why I get a working layout at ebay on the first restart of firefox after introducing the saved profile, maybe I have something stored in my cache, but as soon as firefox is restarted the ebay layout changes and I lose gixen.
I have uploaded 2 screenshots of the same item under the 2 different ebay pages. The noticeable difference is the add to watchlist button which is below where gixen should be.
Has nobody else been affected by this issue? Does anyone have this script working whilst having the same ebay layout as in photo 2 below?

Would love to get to the bottom of this!
Thanks again.

Post subject: greasemonkey script problem?
Hi,
I have re-installed windows 7 and now I can no longer get the gixen snipe button on my ebay pages.like I used to.
I saved all my mozilla settings and re-imported them, only only difference was I was using firefox 24 and not 21 as previously.
I have tried many things including removing and reinstalling greasemonkey and have also removed and re-installed a script (gixen snipe from eBay v1.02). I have another script installed (eBay gxen autosnipe) but notice that this is no longer available, so although I have tried disabling it, I have not uninstalled it. I have also disabled any add ons that i have not previously used while successfully using a gixen script.
I have reverted back to firefox 21 and that still has not resolved the issue and I am at a loss as to what to try next.
Having the snipe button on the item page is an extremely useful addition for me and one that i really hope i don't have to get used to living without!
Any help on this issue would be most greatly appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
Andy
