Im about to buy important thing on uk ebay. I would like to use free Gixen and bid say 100GBP. Im pretty sure the item will cost not more than 20 GBP but you never know... I read on forum that it may happen that Gixen will not work due to server problems, "extra log in screen" etc. My question is: what happens if I set Gixen to 100GBP (6sec default) and I bid manualy 90GBP from my ebay 15 sec before the end just to be sure I would not loose the auction?
