Neu!2000,
There was indeed a double network error from both main and mirror servers for this auction. Either eBay had a very short-lived error, or it was a remarkable coincidence, as I don't see any other users having a network error nowhere close that end time.
It's highly unlikely that you will experience the same problem again. Please email me and I will either refund or double your mirror subscription length, your choice.

Post subject: Network Error (1)
I just paid for Gixen premium to gain fault tolerance. Gixen failed to fire on my first attempt... What's up?

My best guess at this point is that ebay had an issue at the moment, or was doing something that was short-lived, since both servers which work completely independently of each other experienced the same connectivity problem. I would not change anything, it's unlikely this will happen again.

Post subject: bids not placed due to network error
Hi Mario,
I had about 20 snipes placed this afternoon/evening. The first ones all executed, but the last 7 all returned the statement 'Network Error (1)'.
Was this a general gixen problem or something specific to my (mirror) account? If there's any problem my end I would like to correct it prior to placing my next bids.
Many Thanks
PS One of the affected items was 310661413315
