The yellow colour means that the maximum bid that you have specified will no-longer be accepted by eBay because it is too low compared to the current auction price.

Is there a reason for some of the Scheduled bids being coloured yellow. Most are alternate grey and white but I've got three yellow ones and I'm wondering what it means
