Post subject:
What was the auction number?
The most common cause for Gixen to think you won, when you did not, is a later higher bid than yours, a later process is used to detect this happening but sometimes fails to detect the later bid.
There are no right and wrong settings, they are options so that you can choose what you feel works best for the auctions that you take an interest in.

Post subject: winning bid
Using Gixen for over a year this is never happened. One of my snipes says I won, but I didn't. I lost the auction by 200.00 dollars. Why would this happen? And I always do 6 seconds and 3 seconds is this correct?
