With a minute and half difference it should be very rare that the second bid doesn't get canceled, but I cannot guarantee it. <br /> <br />To explain this further - there is a mechanism in code that will kick out of queue already "in-flight" snipes. It is intended to work with as little as 20 seconds remaining. But this is still best effort, not something that's guaranteed to work. When you enable contingency groups on the settings page they are just added to the selection combo box.
