All completed snipes are deleted 48 hours after auction end. If you want to save the status, turn on email notifications or use ebay watchlists. Gixen was never designed as a tracking / management tool, and keeping the database small allows it to operate with minimal resources and minimal price.

Post subject: Older snipes disappeared
When I opened Gixen (browser version) this morning, all but one of my snipes had disappeared. The one that remained was for a future snipe. The handful of others were older ones (auction concluded) that I had not yet manually deleted because I was saving them to track what a few things had sold for and for making related notes.
Was there a system glitch? Is this a feature now where old snipes are automatically removed?
Thanks!
