Thanks so much Keith, I never saw that menu option! Thought I'd tried everything. Have now been able to log into the correct account and all is working prerfectly. Really appreciate your help, cheers!

Post subject: greasemonkey sniping with different ebay accounts
Hi Mario,
I recently opened a new eBay account and have changed my mirror subscription to it. I have started selling and do not wish to buy and sell from the same account. I am always logged into my old ebay (selling) account in Mozillla and use it to keep my ebay watch list.
I have the gixen greasemonkey script installed and when I press the snipe button, the new window opens with a prompt for my user and password, with the user info prefilled to my old ebay account, when I want it to snipe from my new one.
I have spent the past few days exploring every possible option in Mozilla to remove my old eBay username from its memory as it is driving me mad having to first delete the old (and very long) username before entering the new one every time.
Only today have I discovered that the username is being prefilled from the link on the snipe button, and as I am logged into my old account, this will always give the unwanted username.
I dont suppose there is any way for me to alter the script or make any other changes that will either remove the ebay id or allow me to change it so I can easily snipe from my new account?
Even if I open all the items from my watch list that I want to bid on and then log out of and back into ebay, the old username still appears as that is what the page was opened from.
As it stands I would have to log out of ebay every time I wanted to watch an item in order to have my watch list in the buying account and this would be even worse than having to delete the username each time!
I appreciate this is a niche probelem that wont affect very many people and that the likelihood of a solution is small, but thought I would ask anyway just incase there is a work-around that I cant figure out on my own. Any suggestions that would make the process easier would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks in advance, Andy
