Yes Mario - it was my fault. I have had the same password for 10 years but Ebay decided it was not good enough & blocked me until I had upgraded. I didn't change my password with Gixen. Completely my fault. Thanks for your prompt reply.

Yes. Why did you miss those couple of items? Did you forget to re-schedule your snipes with the new password at Gixen?

I recently updated my Ebay password after being advised the previous password was not strong enough. Consequently I missed a couple of snipe items. Not the end of the world but always disappointing. I have now updated with both Ebay & Gixen. That should have sorted things out? Nothing else I have to do?
