This means that another login screen was presented by ebay after Gixen already logged in, and was about to place a bid. This could be a co-incidence (e.g. ebay server was rotated out of service, and user needs to log in again), it could be account related (e.g. something is missing, needs to be verified), or it could be item related (rarely).

Post subject: EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)
Hi Mario,
After many successful bids (thank you), I encountered something new. In the status field of one of my auctions was "EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)"
My bid price was higher than the winning price. Item number was 180704496162.
Any idea what this might mean?
