Post subject: 'EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)'.
Hi. Please can you help.I've just lost an item on Ebay - Nightmare Before Christmas Jeans - and the message said 'EBAY ERROR: BID FLOW RESET (2)'. This has never happened to me before and I have no clue what it means. I looked on your 'Support' page and found someone else had the same problem. But I really still don't understand what happened. I don't understand the explanation you gave and wonder if you would be able to tell me in VERY simple and basic terms what I did wrong so I don't make the same mistake again. Sorry to be a pain in the butt - it's just that I can only do very basic things on a computer and anything 'complicated' like this is way beyond me. Thank you anyway for a wonderful service. This is the first time I have ever lost something on Gixen other than being fairly and squarely outbid.
Best regards,
Gwen x
