Gixen submits your highest bid, however the amount that ypu pay depends on:
1> You winning the auction, if you don't you pay nothing.
2> The amount that the second highest bidder is prepared to bid, which you can not know before the auction ends.
If you schedule a snipe at 200 you should be prepared to pay that much, but you may not have to do so.
