So once again I contacted the seller to let them know, and to ask them to check their blocked bidders list again and/or let me know what problem they have with me bidding on their auctions. They responded that they still did not know what the problem was but could I trya again and that they had sent an email about this problem to their eBay 'rep' (they are quite a big US seller). "Transaction blocked" is a screen returned by eBay.
