So you've done the right thing in contacting him direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page. <br /> <br />Make sure that you've provided him with the Gixen id of the account that you paid the subscription for (and were trying to transfer the subscription from) as well as the Gixen id of the account you were intending the subscription to end up with. <br /> <br />Note that there is not much point telling him anything about your Ebay accounts or their ids since those are separately transferable on any Gixen account anyway, just by changing the Authorisation in the second section of the Settings page. <br /> <br />Without a subscription you can still schedule a limited number of snipes, they are just not protected with the backup Mirror server also trying to submit the bid for you. <br /> <br />EDIT: Actually, I'm not clear from your wording what you have done, or intended to do, as there seems to be some confusion between Gixen ids (which a Mirror subscription applies to) and Ebay ids that are administered via the second section of the Settings page.
