Post subject: highest bid was used but unnecessary
What happened! I bid $60+ on an item and the next highest bidder was $30. Why wasn't my bid just a dollar more? Why do I have to pay $30 extra? The program is not supposed to work that way! I later found this item was not worth even $35. Nevertheless, I'm out $30.
