We are getting off the subject but a mortgage becomes a liability of the deceased person's estate, which does need resolving but obviously can't be by them. Back to the main subject, to stop a payment you need to know how it is happening, which is why I asked about Paypal or Stripe. It must be one of those that is facilitating the payment because those are the only two payment processors that Gixen receives payments through. You may also need to know what the payment is being credited to. There should be some indiction (on the notification that you have of a payment) as to which Gixen account it relates to.
Are you aware whether that's via Paypal or Stripe ?
When someone dies it's probably best just to contact their bank to let them know that the account needs to be closed and everything transferred to the beneficiaries.
