OK, that function is also available via the
Export/download
section of the Settings page, here in your browser. You could try that and see if you get the same results.
As for referencing images you can provide a url (removing the https and www) and we can probably work out from that what you mean.

Post subject: Uploiad Tool error
Getting an error when trying to upload csv sheet to place bids on multiple items via the desktop app.
An HTML page pops up and stops the process. I have an screen shot, but can't see where to upload it on here?
